COST:      $40 per bowler in either pledges or a donation. (You will receive 2 games of bowling, lunch and a t-shirt.)

                    $15 for non-bowlers to come watch and join us for lunch  

All Bowlers must be registered to participate.  Click here to download the registration form.  Once we receive your form, you will be sent a pledge packet.  Ask your friends, family, neighbors and co-workers to make a pledge to support excellent programs for people with disabilities.
