December is a month of celebration, and we have plenty to look forward to. From the final weeks of our fall adaptive recreation programs to festive year-end events, there are still wonderful ways to connect before we turn the page to 2026.

It’s also a meaningful time to support the work we do together. Year-end gifts help us continue offering inclusive programs, building friendships, and empowering individuals and families all year long.

We’re excited to share that Art Therapy is now available at Reach for Resources! Art therapy offers a creative, evidence-based way to explore emotions, build confidence, reduce stress, and strengthen self-expression. Through painting, drawing, sculpting, and other hands-on activities, participants can develop new coping skills, deepen self-awareness, and make meaningful connections in a supportive space.

Immediate openings available for one-on-one or small-group sessions guided by our certified art therapist, Emily Wright, M.S., ATR-P, RYT-200. Each session is personalized to help participants reach their goals and grow both on and off the canvas.
