Trail by Reach

Trail by Reach provides transportation for adults with developmental disabilities living in Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Edina, Golden Valley, St. Louis Park, and Richfield. Transportation is available to recreation, leisure, and educational programs offered by Adaptive Recreation & Learning Exchange (AR&LE) and Reach, when programs are hosted within these designated cities.

We partner with Metro Mobility and coordinate all ride details directly with their team to ensure transportation is reliable, timely, and safe. Riders will receive a phone call with their pick-up time at least one day before the program.

Our drivers provide door-to-door service, safely escorting each rider from their home to the program and back again once the program ends. All programs are thoughtfully designed to support people with developmental disabilities, fostering independence while enriching lives mentally, creatively, and socially.

How It Works

Trail by Reach offers rides to participants in specific AR&LE and Reach programs. Riders can register for Trail rides through these programs, and we then send the rider list to our transportation provider to arrange the routes. Riders will receive a phone call with their pick-up time at least a day before the program. Our drivers offer door-to-door service, ensuring each rider is safely escorted from their home to the program and back again once the program ends.
