Meet Our Team
Melissa Petoletti, MS, LPCC
Melissa has worked in the field of behavioral health and counseling for 15 years. She brings with her experience in supervision and program development. Her approach to mental health counseling is from a strengths based and holistic approach. She feels that it is an honor and a privilege to have the opportunity to support individuals and walk with them on their journey toward healing.
Susy Laursen, MSW, LGSW
Susy’s goal is to help you uncover your strengths, build resilience, and cultivate deeper self-awareness, in order to tear down the walls you’ve built that leave you isolated.She focuses on compassionate and collaborative care, with you leading the direction. She hopes to help you navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and foster positive change. Susy specializes in trauma-responsive techniques for each individual, typically including mindfulness, self-empowerment, and psychoeducation. Laughter is also an important aspect of Susy’s approach. She hopes to make the thought of therapy less daunting, and to provide a space for others to experience any/all emotions with someone who’s fully present.
Molly Regan
Molly is currently working on completing her Masters in Counseling at the University of Wisconsin – Superior. She has previously worked with developmental disabilities and mental health throughout the last couple years in group homes, applied behavioral analysis work, and case management. She is passionate in helping people grow, work thru their trauma, difficult feelings, and mental health limitations as well as challenging themselves to achieve their own personal goals. Therapy can be intimidating and she hopes to provide safe space for individuals.
Group Therapy Options

Psychotherapy groups are billed through your insurance. All group participants will need to have a diagnostic assessment completed within the past 6 months and submitted prior to starting group. An assessment can be scheduled with a Reach therapist by contacting Melissa (info listed above). Please submit the Counseling Referral Form and email assessment information to [email protected].
Group Therapy: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Skills

Length: 6 weeks
Location: Reach for Resources Office – Minnetonka
This course helps individuals to identify and cope with emotions, improve communication in their home, at work and in relationships, and helps individuals to better handle stressful and unpredictable situations that may arise. In some cases, medical insurance may cover the cost of this group. To register, schedule a diagnostic assessment, or to determine eligibility to use insurance email: [email protected].

Private Pay Options
Some clients prefer to pay privately without using their insurance. This option is available if we are considered out of network with your insurance company or if you prefer to keep information private from your insurance company or employer. If this is your preference, we will send you an invoice directly to process payment.
Sliding Scale Fee Option
We understand that individuals may not always have the financial means to pay full rates, or insurance companies may decline services. We do offer a sliding scale fee option for people in these circumstances.
