Community Living Services

Working with us means more than just getting support—it means building a partnership focused on your independence, confidence, and long-term success. Our team meets you where you’re at and walks alongside you as you work toward your goals.

Employment Supports

We help individuals with disabilities find and maintain meaningful employment. Our team offers support with job searching, resume building, interview preparation, on-site training, and job coaching. Services are funded through waivers, counties, or Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS).

In-Home Supports

Our In-Home Services help adults with disabilities build independence and confidence. Through personalized, goal-driven support, we assist with daily living skills like cooking, budgeting, hygiene, and more—always tailored to each person’s unique strengths and needs.

Housing Services

We provide Housing Stabilization Services to support people in finding and keeping safe, stable housing. While we don’t own housing, we assist with applications, landlord communication, housing searches, and creating long-term housing plans.
