    Therapeutic Techniques

    Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

We help identify unhelpful thinking styles that lead to self-criticism or perfectionism, reframing these thoughts to promote a healthier outlook on work and life challenges. This reduces negative self-talk, increases ability to cope with stress, and improves sense of control over personal and professional challenges.

    Stress Reduction & Mindfulness Techniques

We guide clients in mindfulness exercises or meditation practices, enabling them to manage stress better and reduce emotional reactivity. This increases emotional regulation, decreases burnout, and enhances ability to cope with day-to-day stressors.

    Solution-Focused Brief Therapy

We help clarify immediate goals (both personal and professional) and develop actionable steps, fostering a sense of progress and accomplishment. This improves motivation and builds a stronger sense of agency, which can reduce feelings of helplessness and prevent burnout.

    Acceptance & Commitment Therapy

We can help in identifing core values and understanding how to incorporate those values into everyday choices, even amidst challenges. This increases resilience, greater satisfaction with personal and professional choices, and enhances ability to cope with unavoidable stressors.

Resilience Training & Positive Psychology Techniques

We guide clients in exercises such as journaling, identifying personal strengths, or practicing gratitude, which reinforce positive emotions and perspectives. This improves emotional resilience, a greater sense of well-being, and reduces vulnerability to burnout.

    Boundary-Setting & Assertiveness Training

We help with setting up clear boundaries and communicating needs effectively, empowering you to protect personal time and energy. This improves work-life balance, reduces stress from overextension, and creates a more sustainable approach to managing professional and personal demands.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

We help individuals process distressing memories and the beliefs tied to them, reducing their emotional impact and reframing how past experiences shape current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This supports healing, strengthens resilience, and empowers people to move forward with greater confidence when facing life’s stressors.

    Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a technique that identifies points in a client’s visual field to help access and process unaddressed trauma stored in the subcortical brain. Therapists trained in brainspotting use specific eye positions to locate, focus on, and release a wide range of emotional and body-based responses.
