Reach for Resources Named a 4-Time Star Tribune Top Workplace
Reach for Resources has been named one of the Top 200 Workplaces in Minnesota by the Minnesota Star Tribune, marking the fourth time the organization has received this honor. This year, Reach for Resources ranked #28 among the Top 200 small organizations. A complete list of selected organizations is available at StarTribune.com and will also be published in the Star Tribune Top Workplaces special section.
Produced by the same team behind the long-running Star Tribune 100 report of Minnesota’s best-performing public companies, the Top Workplaces award recognizes organizations that are leading the way in employee engagement, organizational health, and workplace satisfaction. This year’s recognition is based entirely on employee feedback, with 59 Reach for Resources employees participating in the survey.
The rankings are determined using survey data collected by Energage, an independent research company specializing in employee engagement and retention. To qualify, organizations must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Of the more than 10,500 companies invited to participate, only a select group earned a place on the Top 200 list, with rankings based solely on employee responses.
“We are incredibly proud to be named a Top Workplace for the fourth time,” said Kate Bottiger, Executive Director of Reach for Resources. “This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices of our staff. Their passion, dedication, and commitment to our mission are what make Reach such a supportive and fulfilling place to work.”
Star Tribune CEO and Publisher Steve Grove shared, “The companies in the Minnesota Star Tribune Top 200 Workplaces deserve high praise for creating the very best work environments in the state of Minnesota. My congratulations to each of these exceptional companies.”
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Energage CEO Eric Rubino. “That is something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure employees have a voice and feel heard. Top Workplaces prioritize this, and it makes a meaningful difference.”
