Reach Employment Services Earns CARF Accredition
Reach for Resources is proud to announce that our Employment Services program has officially earned CARF International accreditation, a prestigious recognition awarded to organizations that demonstrate the highest standards in quality, accountability, and person-centered service.
CARF, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, is an independent nonprofit organization that evaluates health and human service providers around the world. Achieving CARF accreditation means an organization has undergone a rigorous review process, meets internationally recognized best practices, and is committed to continuous improvement across all areas of service.
For Reach for Resources, this accreditation affirms the quality and integrity of our employment supports, including job development, job coaching, workplace skill-building, and long-term employment success. CARF standards evaluate everything from daily service delivery and staff training to organizational leadership and measurable outcomes. Being accredited demonstrates not only that our programs are effective but that they are intentionally designed around the needs, goals, and rights of the individuals we support.
