Reach Named 2026 Great Workplace in Minnesota
Reach for Resources is proud to share that we’ve been named one of the 2026 Great Workplaces in Minnesota for the second year in a row, earning the #2 spot in our category.
This recognition, presented by Twin Cities Business, the Minnesota Society for Human Resource Management (MNSHRM), and Best Companies Group, celebrates organizations where employees feel valued, supported, and truly engaged. What makes this honor especially meaningful is that the rankings are based entirely on anonymous employee feedback collected in October.
In just the second year of the awards, hundreds of organizations across Minnesota applied, with only 13 ultimately selected. Reach is especially proud to be the only nonprofit recognized in our category, with just one other nonprofit included statewide.
