Over the past few years, Reach has developed a valuable relationship with local country radio station BOB FM. On Thursday, April 23, BOB FM hosted a Radiothon throughout the day, with all proceeds benefiting both Reach and another nonprofit we partner with, Fishing For Life (FFL). Some of you may know FFL from our Adaptive Recreation program for ice fishing in the winter and the Picnic and Pontoon Fishing program in the summer. Both of our organizations were highlighted on the radio on the 23rd, and shared inspiring stories and helpful information about our causes.

While we have been planning this Radiothon for months, it happened at an especially critical time. As an essential provider during this pandemic crisis, we have kept our services in operation to the best of our ability. However, in following government recommendations and prioritizing the safety, health, and comfort level of those we support, we have experienced a decrease in our services across all departments, resulting in a dramatic decrease in revenues. Less income during this time from not only services, but also events, may threaten our efforts to assist these vulnerable children, adults, and families. We need your support to continue to maintain the valuable ways we serve these individuals.
