Reach for Resources Named a Top Workplace for Third Consecutive Year, Climbing to #14 in 2025 Rankings

Reach for Resources has once again been named a Top Workplace in Minnesota by Minnesota Top Workplaces, earning a spot on the list for the third year in a row and continuing its upward momentum each time. In 2025, Reach ranked #14 among small businesses, a remarkable testament to the strength of its culture, mission-driven focus, and the voices of its employees.

Unlike many other awards, the Top Workplaces honor is based entirely on employee feedback. The survey is administered by Energage LLC, a trusted partner in employee engagement technology, and gathers confidential responses that reflect how team members truly feel about their workplace. It measures key areas of organizational health, including how respected and supported employees feel, whether they are enabled to grow, and how empowered they are to execute their roles.

Kate Bottiger, Executive Director at Reach for Resources, emphasized the importance of employees in achieving this recognition:

To qualify for the Star Tribune Top Workplaces list, organizations must have at least 50 employees in Minnesota. Over 5,000 companies were invited to participate this year, with rankings determined solely by employee feedback.
